Co-founder Rob HayesStClair brings extensive experience in architecture, residential design, construction management, and semi-custom home building. Throughout his career, Rob has worked with nationally recognized builders, including Signature Homes, led infill custom home design projects, and managed retail developments for companies such as Walmart and other major national retailers.

His background spans every phase of development—from planning and design through permitting, construction, and project delivery. That experience allows Porch Homes to simplify a process that is often overwhelming for homeowners while delivering homes that are both functional and beautifully designed.
